Job Title: Assistant Contracts Manager Position

Location: Office based in North Yorkshire and visiting sites across North Yorkshire and the North West

Job Type: Full Time Role

Salary & Package: £45,000-£50,000 Per Annum & Car Allowance

25 days holiday & Bank Holidays

Pension (standard)

Private healthcare (after probation)

The client work as a contractor on projects across the North of England across the commercial and industrial sector.

Projects are within masonry, stonework and window replacement and project values are between £1M-£15M

Certificates & Experience Required

• Construction background required (masonry/stonework preferred but not essential)
• Black CSCS card (essential)
• SMSTS certification (required)
• Ideally NVQ Level 6 or 7 in Contracts Management

Duties include

• Checking site progress and supporting site managers
