• Carry out preventive maintenance and corrective repair works on packaging / conveying equipment / facilities / electrical system on Material Handling Equipment / other duties as assigned.
• Carry out mechanical preventive maintenance works on packaging equipment/ facilities and other duties as assigned.
• Troubleshoot and rectify electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic system faults on equipment.
• Prompt attendance to breakdown repair and recovery of operational equipment.
• Analyse & Reduce equipment downtime through Predictive Maintenance
• Able to use CMMS effectively to analyse parts failures
• Planning of Shutdown maintenance
• Leading a team of maintenance technicians
• Liaise with Vendors on fabrications ...
