Job Description

Assistant Controller – PE & Credit

We are currently representing a top Private Equity Fund searching for an Assistant Controller to handle and oversee the entire fund accounting process for a number of PE & Credit Funds as well as assist in the preparation of quarterly management forecasts, valuations and work with the M&A team on acquisitions and other strategic initiatives.


Responsibilities

  • Quarterly & year-end financial close, inclusive of capital calls, distributions, management fee calculations, cash flow, monitoring the credit facilities, realization between buy side & sell side and significant deal team exposure

  • Responsible for the analysis and business performance reporting of the firm and funds including Analysis, Dashboard Reporting, Financial and Strategic Planning, and working closely with the front office, CFO and CEO on various deliverables
