Assistant General Counsel, EMEA
This position will report to the VP Business Legal and is located in our Helsinki, Finland office. The position is eligible for hybrid work.
Responsibilities
- Serving as a senior legal advisor to the EMEA organisations on a wide range of legal, contractual and litigation matters
- Leading and managing complex commercial transactions, including drafting and negotiating customer, distribution, and vendor agreements
- Managing disputes and litigation strategy in coordination with external counsel
- Partnering with business and function teams to provide proactive, business-focused, solution‑oriented, sound legal advice
- Supporting growth initiatives, including aspects related to potential M&A activities
- Contributing to special projects and other duties as assigned
