Our client, a leading player in the natural organic coconut industry, is currently seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Assistant General Manager to oversee their Product Preparation Department.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Excellence
- Oversee the end-to-end production process within the coconut industry, identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks.
- Maintain a strong presence on the production floor, working closely with managers and staff to ensure seamless day-to-day activities.
- Enforce strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and food processing cleanliness standards.
- Guarantee consistent product quality to meet the highest industry benchmarks.
- Review and update Departmental Operations Manuals for executive approval.
