Winsome Group is looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager, Sales to lead sales performance for its Patna operations. The role requires a strong real estate sales leader who can achieve revenue targets, manage sales teams, improve lead conversion and build strong customer and channel partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for assigned projects. Lead and monitor the sales team to improve productivity, discipline and closures. Manage leads from digital campaigns, walk ins, referrals and channel partners. Improve enquiry to site visit and site visit to booking conversion. Build strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, investors and customers. Ensure timely follow up, site visits, negotiations and booking closures.
