Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5+ years' relevant experienceExperience: 5–10 years in Individual Accounts/Finance segmentReporting To: CFOCTC Range: ₹25–35 LPAJoining Timeline: 1–2 monthsKey Responsibilities:Regular maintenance of Individual Accounts including taxation, investment, and tax planning for promoters/directors.Investment planning with focus on tax efficiencies.Due diligence and monthly monitoring of JV companies.Strong knowledge of income computation, GST, company compliance, and company ordination with investment bankers, PE/VC funds, and handling valuation discussions.Finalization of books, CARO, TP audit, cost audits.Preparation of financials, monthly trackers, and MIS reports.Handling of private trusts, mutual funds, and individual investments.
