Job Description
Total Number of Openings 1. Chevron Malaysia Limited (CML) is accepting online applications for the position of Assistant II, Operations located in Pulau Indah Terminal, Malaysia through July 7, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. (Malaysia Time).
Responsibilities
- Execute operational activities and comply with OE/HES policy, standard and procedure.
- Inventory management: run Sales report in SAP to obtain volume by product, channel and customer; perform meter log reconciliation by comparing meter log records vs SAP report.
- Update FuelFacs on tank gauging reading, temperature, sale, receiving and density.
- Liaise with hauler on daily truck availability / breakdowns / no ullage situation / revised ETA; document all trucking issues – breakdowns, late delivery, customers’ complaints.
- Check and validate the manual claim submitted by hauler – hauler rate, distance, quantity, fuel surcharge.
