Assistant Learning and Development Manager

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Assistant Learning & Development Manager to support the delivery of impactful learning initiatives within our resort in Phu Quoc, Vietnam.

Reporting to the Learning & Development Manager, this role plays an important part in implementing learning strategies that enhance employee capability, engagement, and overall organisational performance.

The Assistant Learning & Development Manager will support the identification of training needs across departments and assist in designing and delivering high-quality learning programmes for employees at all levels.
