The Job:
HOYTS are looking for a natural leader to be our next Assistant Manager! In this role you will be the 2IC to the Location Manager, so its big shoes to fill. As part of the Cinema Operations Department you will help with ad-hoc tasks in ensuring the smooth running the cinema. While no two days are the same, your duties will include:
- Instructing and inciting passion into our staff members
- Driving guest experience and customer satisfaction
- Assisting with the general cinema operations
- Working closely with the Location Manager to drive the business forward
