Assistant Manager, Business Intelligence

We are seeking a highly skilled Insights & Analytics Assistant Manager to join our Business Intelligence and Research team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the evaluation and analysis of company-wide decision-making processes, as well as assess the performance of both past and ongoing key projects. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, you will collaborate closely with the senior management team to deliver actionable insights that drive strategic outcomes.

What you will do:

Tackle complex business problems by translating them into structured analytical approaches, testable hypotheses, and clear success metrics.

Apply advanced analytical frameworks ( funnel analysis, segmentation, experimentation, regression) and sound statistical thinking to uncover key business drivers.

Leverage coding and analytics techniques (SQL, Python/R; applied statistics or machine learning) to deliver actionable insights and management-ready data.
