wThe Assistant Manager will provide support and coordination for Patient Support Programs (PSPs) and work with the Novartis PSP Operations Managers to deliver programs to meet defined expectations, deadlines and requests. This is a key supportive role and includes various tasks such as: oversight of placement personnel, reporting, research, training & development, translation, communication and various other responsibilities to ensure program delivery.
