Key Responsibilities -
1. Ensure timely manpower deployment as per client SLA.
2. Manage bulk hiring operations & team performance
3. Monitor DOJ vs Target vs Attrition
4. Handle client escalations & workforce challenges
5. Oversee onboarding, attendance & compliance coordination
6. Lead recruiters, TLs & vendor partners
Required Skills/Competencies -
1. 5–8 years experience in General Staffing / Manpower Outsourcing
2. Strong exposure to Blue-Collar / Bulk Hiring
3. Experience handling Manufacturing, Logistics, E-Commerce clients
4. Strong leadership & client management skills
