Assistant Manager, Mainland Customer Experience Development (1-year contract)
The Assistant Manager will report to the Manager, Mainland Customer Experience & Marketing Planning and will support the recruitment, training, and management of the Racing Ambassadors and Racing Hosts that will participate in the Conghua Racecourse Grand Opening event and subsequent post‑launch follow‑up work at the 2026 opening and future events.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partner organizations to recruit Racing Ambassadors and Racing Hosts.
- Develop comprehensive training materials and curriculum for Racing Ambassadors and Racing Hosts, covering horse racing knowledge, customer service essentials, and racecourse offerings.
