Purpose of the Job:

Support the overall manufacturing business through engineering process control, the development of precision complex machining, tooling and NC programming design, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure profitable growth. This includes establishing machining processes, conducting process reviews, overseeing various aspects of engineering processes, and performing cost analysis related to machining manufacturing. Oversee the daily operations of the machining department.

This role requires a deep understanding of the entire machining process, from interpreting engineering drawings to estimating production hours and optimizing efficiency.
