Assistant Manager - Restaurant, Food Hall & Gifting

Contract: Full-time
Salary: £28,500 per year
Reports to: General Manager
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Flexible shifts worked over 7 days (Sunday–Monday), including occasional late night
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Assistant Manager to support the day‑to‑day running of our restaurant, alongside our retail food hall and gifting department.
This is a varied and exciting role combining hospitality and retail, ideal for someone who enjoys working across different areas, leading teams, and creating an outstanding customer experience throughout the business.
You will work closely with the Manager to ensure all areas operate smoothly, maintain high presentation standards, and deliver excellent customer service.
