This position principally reports to, and supports the Director, Head of Central Compliance, APAC, as well as other senior members of the APAC Central Compliance department in delivering the APAC Central Compliance program for the Global Banking and Markets, and Global Treasury (GBM&T), businesses in Asia Pacific in order to provide reasonable assurance that:
+ The firm and its employees comply with applicable securities regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
+ The risk of reputational damage, regulatory sanction and discipline, client complaints and civil litigation is minimized.
