Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including sales/web sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision
- Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering excellent customer service and expert product advice
- Assist with staff training, development, and performance management
- Help plan and execute in-store merchandising and promotional activities
