Assistant Manager Securities Settlements

Purpose

Contribute to the overall success of the Asset Servicing Utility ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed/delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

Accountabilities

• Drives and enhances a customer‑focused culture throughout the team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.
• Ensures operational efficiency of Corporate Actions is maintained at a high level in accordance with approved policy and procedures by organizing, prioritizing, and supervising workflows, accurately processing mandatory Corporate Actions such as stock splits, reverse splits, name changes, checking/authorizing various components of events as assigned, and monitoring outstanding payments due from depositories/issuers/financial institutions...
