Control Over the Inventory movement viz receipts to internal issuance and dispatches of FG
Establish and improving the procedure for control over the physical variance of Inventory and safe preservations.
Co-ordination with production for availability of inventory on shop floor. Ensure Zero production loss due to unavailability of Inventory.
Analytical approaches towards maintaining the buffer stock of inventory. Analysis Trend, availability, and certain changes in demand planning.
Timely execution Information pertain to Slow moving, Non- moving and dead inventory in terms of value and volume.
Smooth conduct of external audits compliances.
Timely fulfillments of legal compliance related to storage operations and warehouse fall under GST and transit rules f...
