We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Talent Assistant Manager to drive high-quality and faster hiring for critical roles, manage intern programs, and lead initiatives around talent branding and stakeholder management. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced D2C/B2C startup ecosystem , has experience closing leadership and high-value roles (20 LPA+), and is passionate about building scalable people practices.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition (Hire Faster)
- End-to-end ownership of recruitment for mid to senior-level roles, including senior hiring (>20 LPA CTC). (50%Tech & 50%Non Tech)
