Role Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Assistant Manager – Tooling (Rubber molds) to lead our in-house tooling function, with a strong focus on rubber mold mold development . The role involves end-to-end ownership of the tooling life cycle - from receipt of finalized part drawings and feasibility inputs to mold development, trials, production release, maintenance, and readiness for repeat batches.
