Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
Proactively check network performance and system health.
Diagnose and resolve connectivity, hardware, and software issues for users and systems.
Assist with implementing security protocols, firewalls, and virus protection.
Perform routine checks, updates, and cable management.
Create and update network diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
Provide technical support to end-users and collaborate with senior engineers.
Submit daily progress reports and contribute to uptime/capacity reports.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Degree in IT/CS or relevant coursework.
Knowledge: Solid understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing protocols, IP addressing.
Experience: Familiarity with Cisco hardware, firewalls, basic network protocols.
