Responsibilities:
Perform the System UAT and E2E operation trial-run for eMPF CentresCo-ordinate with KIOSK installation and provide service supportCo-ordinate in new centre setup, equipment installation and engage in hiring process for new centre staffAssist in updating audit program and completing audit documentationPrepare regular service audit to ensure centre staff complies with company rules and regulatory requirementsPrepare daily administration log sheets and reportsTake part in different operational issues in service centresResponsible and schedule for the necessary clerical tasks to be submitted regularlyPerform ad-hoc tasks that are assigned by manage Requirements:
