Assistant Professor Commerce

Key Responsibilities 1. Teaching & Academic Delivery Teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in commerce (e.g., Accounting, Finance, Business Studies, Economics, Digital Marketing) Prepare lesson plans, lecture materials, and course content Conduct lectures, seminars, tutorials, and practical sessions Use innovative teaching methods and technology to enhance learning 2. Student Engagement & Mentorship Guide and mentor students in academic and career development Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and examinations Provide feedback and support to improve student outcomes 3. Research & Publications Conduct research in commerce or related fields Publish research papers in reputed journals Participate in conferences, seminars, and workshops Apply for research grants and funded projects (if applicable) 4.
