Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Teaching & Academic Delivery

• Teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in commerce (e.g., Accounting, Financial Management, Cost Accounting, Taxation, Auditing, Business Laws)
• Prepare lesson plans, lecture materials, and course content.
• Conduct lectures, seminars, tutorials, and practical sessions.
• Use innovative pedagogy in line with NEP 2020 policy and emerging technology to enhance learning experience among students.

2. Student Engagement & Mentorship

• Guide and mentor students in academic and career development.
• Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and examinations.
• Provide feedback and support to improve student outcomes.

3. Research & Publications

• Conduct research in commerce or related fields.
• Publish research papers in reputed journals.
