**The Role**
The Industrialization organization within Global Purchasing and Supply Chain at GM is focused on accelerating industrialization initiatives and transforming GM’s manufacturing facilities into highly automated, “lights‑out” smart factories. Delivering on this vision requires strong program leadership, disciplined execution, and seamless coordination across multiple functions and organizations.
As an **Assistant Purchasing Program Manager** , you will be a member of a newly established Program Management Office within the Industrialization organization, accountable for driving cross-functional alignment and execution of GM’s automation and industrialization strategy. This role requires independent judgment, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence change across the organization.
