Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases.
- Screen and shortlist profiles as per client requirements.
- Conduct telephonic interviews and candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates until successful joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Build talent pipelines for ongoing and future requirements.
- Achieve monthly hiring and placement targets.
