SES & technologies ltd. seeks the services of an Assistant Sales Manager, for full-time employment. You will be working as part of our sales team, carrying out the following activities:
Preparing invoices and quotes. Maintaining SES’s customer database. Preparing and checking sales contracts and amendments (based on templates). Respond to customer service, sales and support inquiries, both written and over the phone. Participate in preparation of sales and marketing materials. Assist in various other administrative tasks. Well organized, efficient and, especially, meticulous. Acceptable written and spoken French. Very good knowledge of English due to documentation and communications with customers who are about 95% outside Quebec At ease with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel. Strong basic math skill...
