The Assistant Security Manager supports the Security Manager and the Director of Security in ensuring a safe and secure environment for guests, colleagues, contractors, and hotel assets. The role oversees daily security operations, emergency preparedness, risk management, and compliance with local regulations and brand standards, maintaining the service expectations of Raffles and Fairmont.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing all day-to-day security operations across both properties
- Supervise and deploy security personnel effectively across hotel premises
- Conduct routine patrols and inspections to safeguard property and assets
- Monitor CCTV systems, access control systems, and other security technologies
- Ensure smooth coordination between security, front office, engineering, and other departments
- Assist in developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans
