Assistant Store Manager – Doncaster
We are hiring for an Assistant Store Manager to join one of our exciting stores based in Doncaster. You will work with an established team to create the best customer shopping experience possible.
An Assistant Manager will assist the Store Manager with the store’s day‑to‑day responsibilities. This includes overseeing employees, modelling effective leadership, offering excellent customer service, and acting in the Manager’s absence. The role is a training ground for future Store Manager appointments, supported by regular 1‑2‑1s, tailored training and ongoing support.
About You
- Proven experience in fashion retail, ideally in a managerial role within a fast‑paced environment
- A strong track record of leading, motivating, and developing high‑performing teams
