Assistant Supply Chain Manager

What You'll Do

• Support SCM to manage procurement and warehouse operations
• Supervise and motivate Supply Chain team to meet targets
• Source direct and indirect materials with commodity knowledge
• Ensure PO issuance complies with company policies and procedures
• Coordinate with R&D on new material sourcing and approval
• Collaborate with QA on new supplier and material approval
• Ensure accurate receipt, issue and documentation of raw materials
• Support external warehouse and SAP accuracy with Indirect Buyer
• Ensure warehouse hygiene and food safety (FEFO/FIFO)
• Resolve interdepartmental conflicts to strengthen collaboration
• Follow up on food safety audit requirements
• Verify month-end inventory accuracy
