Responsibilities

Prepare and execute a marketing plan to increase the level of deposits and transaction banking products undertaken by SMBC.Work in close alignment with Global/Regional Relationship Management team and relevant products partners from build to execution/implementation processes of transaction banking products.Manage risks associated to the businesses: KYC, Operation. Regulatory & compliance matters.Coordinate with KYC/AML Team to obtain necessary legal documents from clients, ensure timely completion of Know-Your-Customer (KYC). Ensure transactions are processed accurately and efficiently with a high level of client satisfaction.Proactive in identifying client’s needs, consulting and providing necessary support and actions.Assist to manage client relationship and attend to client’s enquiries, ensure those being responded timely & professionally and in line with the Bank’s servic...
