This position will be in charge of scheduling shipments, tracking loads, updating system databases, negotiating with carriers, and performing all these activities in fluent conversational English.

• Take meetings with customers in English and update information.
• Work with carriers in English and update the system.
• Track shipments and ensure they are updated in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with a 4‑member team to build strong relationships.

• Conversational English and strong knowledge of the transportation industry.
