Associate Attorney – Litigation (Pre-Trial Focus)
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Associate Attorney – Litigation to join our growing legal team. This role is ideal for an attorney who thrives in hands-on civil litigation work , values direct client engagement , and is comfortable taking ownership of matters in a collaborative yet independent environment .
This position offers meaningful responsibility across all phases of pre-trial litigation , with exposure to complex civil matters in both state and federal court .
What You’ll Do
- Manage and support a docket of civil litigation matters through all stages of pre-trial litigation
- Draft, review, and respond to pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal correspondence
