Associate Construction Manager
Salary: $45.83–$50.24 per hour
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Employment type: Full-time Permanent & Full-time Temporary
Grade: TCHC 8
Location: Toronto Community Housing Development Division (Hybrid eligible)
What You'll Do
Design & Pre-Construction
- Assist in developing the plan for executing and controlling the project, including budget estimating, scheduling, business planning and cash flow.
- Prepare scope of work, release, evaluate and award consultant and trade contractor RFPs through TCHC’s Procurement division, adhering to protocols and standards.
- Review recommendations for contract awards and verify contract scopes and schedules.
