About the Role
Associate Contracts Specialist. This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines.
Responsibilities
- Legal Terms: Understand and fluently apply key legal terms needed for crude oil and gas trading and/or cargo movement through various methods of transport within the Chevron business context.
- Contract Drafting and Negotiation: Draft, negotiate, and finalize commercial contracts that align with the negotiated trading deal, ensuring all contracts are comprehensive, clear, and enforceable.
- Unambiguous trade deals: Turnaround large volumes of contracts while maintaining quality and clarity on the negotiated trade deals and ensuring commercial/contract risks are mitigated and discrepancies are resolved.
- Collaboration: Collaboratively work with the traders in the Singapore office and SMEs located across the world specializing in various areas like compliance, tax, risk, legal, demurrage, finance, ac...
