Job Summary

This role is focussed to supports the advancement of automation, digitization, and data‑driven decision making across the Customer Success organization. Working closely with Customer Engagement, Customer Success Operations, and cross‑functional digital teams, the individual ensures effective governance of system‑reliant workflows. The position plays a critical role in ensuring adherence to established procedures and providing insights that support financial and operational compliance.
