Associate - Debt Issuer Services

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our Debt Issuer Services team in Hong Kong. The team partners with investment banks, law firms and restructuring advisors to deliver bondholder identification assignments and support complex bond transactions.

With a strong focus on liability management and debt restructurings, the team supports international corporate and sovereign debt issuers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with fixed income or corporate actions experience who is looking to deepen their exposure to global capital markets and complex transaction execution.
