The opportunity

The Associate Director, Centre of Excellence (FM/RE) -Facilities & Workplace Excellence plays a pivotal role in shaping and elevating Teva’s global workplace strategy. This role drives excellence in workplace experience, soft services, and operational culture across all FM operations. Partnering closely with regional FM teams and cross-functional stakeholders, the Associate Director ensures global consistency, embeds best-in-class standards, and drives long-term strategic objectives by improving efficiencies and reducing costs.
