●Own enterprise-wide learning strategy and capability architecture — aligning learning

interventions directly with business OKRs and long-term growth plans.

●Translate business goals into structured capability-building frameworks with

measurable outcomes across functions.

● Design and institutionalize competency frameworks with clear proficiency benchmarks

and capability roadmaps backed by skills-gap analytics.

●Establish robust learning governance through data dashboards tracking participation,

effectiveness, behavior change, ROI, and business impact.

● Move L&D from reporting to predictive insights — using analytics to influence productivity,
