The Position

The Associate Director for APJK Trade Compliance and APJK Logistics is responsible for developing, implementing, and driving Organon’s end-to-end trade compliance program, including overseeing import and export trade activities in the APJK market.

This role supports several AP import and export sites, along with representing the region in the Global Trade Compliance team. The Incumbent is accountable for creating awareness to internal stakeholders on new regulations and programs which may impact import and export activities in the region.

In addition to the Trade compliance responsibilities, the person is responsible for ensuring the efficient transportation of Organon products, shipped into, out of and within the Asia Pacific, Japan and Korea Region while meeting service requirements, regulatory standards and operational targets.
