Associate Director /Sr. Program Manager

This role serves as a Senior Program Manager – Clinical Project Management responsible for supporting the planning and execution of early-stage clinical programs within a growing biotech pipeline. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficient trial execution while helping to evolve program management tools, processes, and ways of working.
