Position Responsibilities

• Analyzes functional and physical input to ensure the development of complete integrated cable/wire harness detail and assembly designs.
• Develops and maintains schematics and functional diagrams, cable/wire harness detail and assembly designs for new product development and legacy programs.
• Analyzes and translates requirements into system, hardware and software designs and interface specifications.
• Documents processes, specifications and procedures that support the design and manufacture of electrical products.
• Participates in technical review of supplier capabilities to facilitate source selection.
• Generate and maintain wire diagrams for released designs.
• Works under general direction of lead engineer and is eligible for mentorship.
