We are looking for Associate Engineer – GIS to support day-to-day GIS (Geographic Information System) operations, ensuring the platform runs smoothly and efficiently across the organization. This role provides hands-on support to users, helps maintain system integrity, and contributes to the continuous improvement of GIS processes to enable informed business decisions.

Act as the main point of contact for GIS users, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Provide Level 1 support for GIS-related issues, including account access, basic troubleshooting, and usage queries
Log, track, and resolve on incidents through the internal ticketing system
Coordinate with IT teams on escalation from the user, change requests, and system updates
Perform basic testing and validation during deployments or configuration changes
Support user onboarding, training, and communication for GIS system enhancements or new features
