Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
- Monitor and sustain process/SPC to ensure product quality meets specifications.
- Review ESPC charts using SPACE and monitor all qualified processes using statistical tools.
- Set up recipes and job files in all metrology tools within the Module.
- Perform regular housekeeping of production job files.
- Perform shift duties (12‑hour shift) to support production in the Module and maintain tool integrity.
- Obtain data for lots affected by tool faults and dispose affected lots with minimal held time.
- Provide proper and accurate pass‑down of line issues, outstanding follow‑up tasks and documentation (filling and filing checklists).
- Follow SOP, carry out CAS as per specification, and execute SPSR accurately and timely.
- Ensure and follow good housekeeping and safety practices in the fab and office areas.
