Roles and Responsibilities Drafting, review and vetting of all kinds of commercial Agreements; NDAs, MOUs, lease deeds, vendor agreement, deed of hypothecation, loan agreements, guarantees etc. Customize documents, Loan Kit as per the requirement of the transaction Research and furnishlegalopinion on variouslegalissues Advise on structuring of loan, evaluate thelegalimplication and provide opinions Vetting of Title Search Reports Documentation support to SME and LAP Teams Provide update on developments / changes in laws and RBI guidelines to the concerned stakeholders
