Job Description :

To provide team with expertise in category development and evaluation, trend information to help identify opportunities and category management support to help gaining the best category sales. To handle the promotion planning, NPD, documentation, implementation and evaluation to help growing category & brand sales and gain incremental profit contribution with budget control towards achieving a leadership position. Responbility & Accountability •Utilizes category vision/ market intelligent/ consumer insights/trends to develop category plans, including strategies and tactics to deliver projected sales and margin as company strategy. •Develop assortment product/ pricing, promotion strategic by channel, by geography for assigned categories •Work with Marketing for NPD plan for making forecast, channel distribution/ pricing strategy by channel as build IMC to build growth categories. •Build CTL through understanding of trade category vision, cus...
