Associate Project Manager is the project leader for NPI programs. She/he is required to hold the accountability for the success of the project. She/he must be able to use the PDP process related, management skills and leadership to lead the CFT to accomplish the project as the project plan requires.
What You Will Do
Customer focal point during the product development process. Communicates the voice of the customer to the organization with reference to the project. Install customer confidence in Molex and develops a positive relationship with the customer. Is responsive and timely to customer’s request for information and deliverables. Manage the customer to ensure that Molex meets our Project plan and customer expectations.
