Associate Manager, Site Reliability Engineering

The Red Hat Service Delivery team is looking for a Site Reliability Engineering Manager to join our team in Australia. This team is responsible for hosting and managing OpenShift in the public cloud. This position plays a key role within the team, as you’ll be responsible for keeping the Red Hat OpenShift Platform environment available and secure. Along with the rest of your team, you will interact with SREs and product engineering associates around the world to deliver large, containerized cluster environments. You'll be responsible for managing the distributed team to provision clusters, perform upgrades, develop automated recovery scenarios, and manage incidents. SRE managers help the team stay on target in a complicated and fast-paced environment while consistently meeting service-level agreements (SLAs) and keeping a globally-distributed, cloud-based Enterprise Kubernetes offering running for our customers.
